Service Agreement

AZ CAR BONDSMAN — 30-DAY PASS SERVICE AGREEMENT (v2) 1. SERVICE. AZ Car Bondsman ("Company") will dispatch an independent, licensed Arizona driver ("Driver") to retrieve the Customer's vehicle from an impound lot on the Customer's behalf when the Customer does not have a valid driver's license available at the time of release. 2. 30-DAY PASS — $30 SIGN-UP FEE. The Customer pays a one-time sign-up fee of $30.00 to activate a 30-day pass. The pass begins on the date the fee is received and is valid for thirty (30) calendar days. 3. WHAT THE PASS INCLUDES. The pass covers the Company's pickup-dispatch service for the Customer during the 30-day period. If, during the active 30-day pass, the Customer's vehicle is impounded again (or otherwise needs to be retrieved again), the Company will send another licensed driver out to retrieve the vehicle at NO additional payment to the Company or Driver for the pickup service — the pass covers it. 4. WHAT THE PASS DOES NOT INCLUDE. The $30 pass covers ONLY the Company's pickup-dispatch service. It does NOT include impound lot release fees, towing fees, storage fees, fines, taxes, or any other amounts owed to the impound lot, the police, or any government agency. Those remain the Customer's sole responsibility and must be paid by the Customer directly to the impound lot at the time of release. 5. AUTHORIZATION. Customer authorizes the Driver listed by AZ Car Bondsman to take physical possession of the Customer's vehicle solely for the purpose of driving it from the impound lot directly back to the Customer or to a location designated by the Customer at the time of pickup. 6. OWNERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY. Customer represents that they are the lawful owner of the vehicle (or has written permission from the owner) and that the vehicle is legally eligible for release. 7. NO ATTORNEY / NO BAIL BOND. AZ Car Bondsman is a vehicle pickup service. We are not attorneys, not a bail bond company, and we do not pay the Customer's impound fees, fines, or court costs. 8. LIABILITY. The Company and the Driver are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, items inside the vehicle, or fees owed to the impound lot. The Driver will exercise reasonable care while operating the vehicle. 9. EXPIRATION & RENEWAL. After 30 days the pass expires. To continue service the Customer may purchase a new 30-day pass for $30. 10. CANCELLATION. The $30 sign-up fee is non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched. Customer may cancel a specific pickup any time before the Driver arrives at the impound lot. 11. CONTACT.
